The Local Planning Panel will meet on Thursday October 13 with three items on the agenda, two of them reviews of previous decisions.
An application for a Multi-Unit Housing and Retention of Existing Dwelling (3 Units) at 95 Paton Street, Woy Woy was refused in April.
The applicant has lodged an application for a review citing revised architectural and landscape plans and a response to the reasons for refusal.
The applicant of another refusal – also in April – wants a review of the determination for a boarding house consisting of 23 Rooms at 14 York Street, Point Frederick.
Both reviews go to the planning panel with council staff recommendations for approval.
The third item outlines a development application for a six storey building for 35 units at 59-61 Hills Street North Gosford.
It is recommended for approval.
The panel meets from 2pm Thursday online and the decisions are usually made public the following week.
