Council-under administration meeting, June 24, 2024
Renewal of lease for Gosford Bowling Club
Administrator adopted a Minute for a five year lease with the Leagues Club which in turn manages the bowling club.
It would start on December 2024.
Administrator Rik Hart said it would give the club a high level of security for five and half years and that would give councillors a chance to look at the issue.
The bowling club has been earmarked for sale as part of Council’s waterfront activation project. Later in the agenda is an item which explains that the State Government has given the waterfront project to the Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation.
CEO David Farmer will be Council’s representative on the proposed Gosford waterfront revitalisation executive steering committee.
