The land at 255, 255A, 255B Avoca Drive, Kincumber and 19 Picketts Valley Road, Picketts Valley, is now the subject of a 12 lot subdivision.
Each lot is about 2 hectares with a building envelope of about 900sqm.
A smaller 13th lot will be the site’s “entry statement” according to the proposal before Council.
An earlier proposal for a 202 site manufactored home community was refused by the Local Planning Panel.
“The current application reflects a form of development more compatible with the C4 Environmental Living Zone,” the application states.
The proposal is on public exhibition.
